Trader Joes frozen "Langoustine" tails, a.k.a "tastes exactly like lobster"
First, thaw them in the bag. Once thawed, dry them completely with paper towels while your pan is getting hot. I then pan-seared them on high in butter/olive oil for 3 minutes (they are pre-cooked). Voila! There will be a little yummy sauce left in the bottom of the pan, I pour that over top of them and serve with a side of lemon and melted butter. <3
